It is a major sea change for me in my 15-year struggle.
Twenty-seven Judges read my petition, and a majority voted for me to get a rehearing. I was fortunate to gain support from the ABA, American Bar Association, and the CBF California Bankruptcy Forum, who both submitted briefs, supporting my petition for rehearing. So thank you to those organizations for their expert legal skills.
