The Rule of Law - circa -December 15, 2016

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has concluded that my petition for a 'writ of mandamus' to order an inferior court to enforce published law was out of line, case dismissed. They said I fucked up, trying to take a shortcut.  

These legal cogs in the machinery of justice has forgotten 11th-grade teachings of the United States Constitution and its amendments are ultimate law.

Some how  they have decided to continue to provide cover for the law violating banksters, rather than let this unexceptional citizen enforce his rights under the constitution. Very puzzling !
