These are the first moving papers that i filed to alert the court about what had happened to me. I filed these moving papers, alerting the court of violations that occurred. Nothing happened. Judge Meredith Jury, did nothing to address these charges. Banks Win.
I appealed to Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, BAP, then the banks, which is their right, moved the case to the United States District Court. Where it was dismissed quickly August 5, 2002, no hearing , by Judge Robert Timlin, former city of Corona legal council. And now a fellow occupant of the same federal building as Judge Jury. At least he was quick.
