The Hearing that started this legal battle
The ten day continuance from February 24th 2003. was over. After a four year battle with Ocwen, finally, I was about to be given a chance to tell my story of Ocwen’s violation of law, which cost my home of 26 years and my business of twelve years, Residential Fire Sprinklers.
It’s all set March 6, 2003. My nephew, Judge Rodgers, was at the Dynasty Suite, the day before, planning for the next day’s activities. When we realized that tomorrow evening we would be busy, moving my homes contents, including N501S the Stolp Starlet SA-500, serial # 1, back into the house from Dollar Storage where everything was stored stored since last week.
It had been a trying ordeal, and Judge, my nephew, had assisted by doing research on the Internet while I fought to bring these law violating banks into court to face justice.
Counting unhatched chickens
Realizing we would likely be moving my things, personal and business back to the house, which may take all night. I suggested. we better celebrate tonight, there will be no time tomorrow night,, Judge agreed and we were off to the Cask and Cleaver, on Lincoln, for steak and lobster.
The next day we met Attorney Bruno at the court the next afternoon. All of us in suits and ties’ trying to look respectful. When we saw Diane Weifenbach already in court. We were puzzled, Judge, (nephew) had given her telephonic notice on February 21, 2003 to advise her of the Monday, February 24, 2003 hearing, which she skipped, and we were surprised to see her now. Not realizing that Chase / Ocwen , had hired a new OC law firm; Houser and Alison to represent them. Representing no party at the hearing (except her own) Her purpose would soon be evident, as she tried to cover up and bury their clients, Ocwen and Chase, prior violation of federal bankruptcy law.
After this hearing I have fought through our federal appeals system, for now twelve years, appeal after appeal, petitions, motions, writs, and this was just to get into court, to voice my complaints and gain a trial or hearing on the violation of law the banks committed.
The Bloody Massacre
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has considered this case, for the fourth time, since June 20, 2011. The whole story can be read here
My current appeal is case number 11-60039 Ozenne v Chase/Ocwen
