The Manchurian Candidate

March 31, 2017

Friday

On February 24, 2003, I attended a courtroom hearing on my charges against the banks, Ocwen, and Chase Manhattan.

The banks had violated the law, and this violation prevented my approved refinance of my home of 26 years, with $110,000 in equity.  Since as Judge Jury described, that this is just 'the tip of the iceberg' she ordered a continuance for ten days, till March 6, 2003.

Transcript of continued hearing held on March 6, 2003

This began the struggle that continues to this day. I want a trial or hearing. The courts don't want me to have one.

Now at US Supreme Court  16-7904  Ozenne v, Chase and Ocwen.
