The United States Supreme Court has put my case on their docket No. 16-7904, Ozenne v Chase Manhattan et. al. (and others).
Now my chances increase to one in one hundred 1/100, to be reviewed from the thousands of petitions filed each year, the court typically choses cases with national importance.
