Eight years ago today, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel BAP for the 9th Circuit Court of appeals reversed the bankruptcy court, and ordered a hearing. 

Now, eight years later I am appealing that same BAP on the same issue, failing to give me a hearing to make my case, and show my proof.  I am waiting for the decision from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which could come any day.
