In 2004, a year after the banks illegally stole my home of 26 years I tried to find an attorney who could challenge these perfidious service agents (Ocwen) who ignored federal law and took my home, That same year I bought the book 'Two Income Trap' written by Ms Warren and her daughter.
I found her contact information and called her. After I explained my case to her assistant, he gently reminded me that Ms.Warren taught the law (at Harvard) and did not practice law. He did have empathy for my dilema and suggested I find media attention about my case. I thanked him and began to write a letter to new governor Schwarzenegger, who did what he could, demanding answers from Ocwen. they simply lied in their response. The facts would have to be determined in a court room. For 11 years that is what I have fought for.
