March 6, 2016

MARCH 6, 2003 - Continued from February 24, 2003 earlier  proceeding.

After the positive response from the earlier February 24, 2003 hearing, where the court recognizes the violation of law, 11 USC 362(a), commonly known as the 'automatic stay' in bankruptcy litigation.

This hearing was about how the court would proceed, after the recognition of the 362 violation,,, this continuance would allow defendant banks, who may not have been given timely service.and this 10 day break, would allow defendants to get up tp speed, on the allegations. .

Presto / Chango, I vaguely remember, from childhood is a instant change mantra.

So now its March 6, 2001, and finally the criminal acts, which cannot be denied, would be addressed, by the court.  or so I thought.

Suddenly; Change, scary change.

I have walked into a scene from the 1962 movie, 'The Manchurian Candidate',

Transcript March 6, 2003 -  US Bankruptcy Court -

Once Judge Jury  asked attorney Bruno, the nature of his 'special appearance', I could tell that things were not going to go well for me.

Later on the courthouse steps, feeling like we got hit by lightning, attorney Bruno's perceptive wife, who was in court, suggested that Judge Judy, could resolve this easily. Amen

is how the case .
