Dear President.Trump

  I need your help, to enforce the US Constitution. .in fact, you are the only person on this earth who can make this 16-year injustice right!  

For 16 years jurists in the 9th Circuit have ignored my constitution right to redress found in the first, fifth, and fourteenth amendments to our constitutional base law.

 All I have ever wanted was my day in court. But it has been denied for now sixteen years.  Service agent, Ocwen Federal Bank F.S.B. broke the law, and failed to correct it, by issueing a deep and then failing to rescind it , which cost my family home of 26 years, and my startup business Residential Fire Sprinklers, I hap operated from that home. 

I was new to construction and fire sprinklers, so I took a while o get my sea legs, and to a draw system of payment. My past was all in the computer business, with regular paychecks, so I needed a 'breather'  adjusting to this different  industry, and used bankruptcy law, to protect me 
   
The 9th Circuit has denied my constitution right to be heard. Instead, of looking at facts, the court, without even seeing me, or asking me a single question speculated about my self serving misuse of motives and ruled on those supposed motives.  

Perhaps, forgetting that we are a nation of laws, not men or women! The 9th circuit Court of Appeals has ignored my constitutional right to redress against these banks. Ocwen, the service agent, The service agent have harmed me,  denied my constitution right to a trial for redress of the banks who hurt me profoundly. Failing to rescind a trustees deed, after I was protected redress those who harmed you. First, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments to our glorious constitution.   

I have been on anti depressant drugs for now 8 years, My personality would not allow me to quit. Never give up Churchill exhorted  




We are a nation of law,, not men/women,, we follow laws created by congress.



The fate for the rest of my fife now rest in your hands.  My fate is now in your hands.  


I had thought about writing an article entitled "How to home grow an American patriot citizen lose faith in the government.  

Our nation of laws has been depreciated to just a phrase.  Many Jurists, I hateto say, are more concerned about their own career possibilities, then to enforce the Constitution of the United States of America.   
If we cannot depend on the law, not the consciousness speculating motives,
