Seven years ago today - A taste of justice

It was seven years ago today that the bankruptcy appellant panel or BAP, for the ninth circuit  court of appeals, reversed the honorable judge Meredith Jury, my bankruptcy judge,  and ordered a hearing for damages including compensatory,emotional distress and punitive damages against the storage operator who violated the same law as my previous case against the Wall Street Bank who violated the same law 11 USC 362.


Now, seven years later I am waiting for a decision in the 9th Circuit Court of appeals reversing the BAP for their (the BAP) refusal to follow published law, by the BAP in 2006,  and grant me a hearing to hear the violation of federal cy law by Ocwen Federal Bank, thr service agent for the 9th circuit Court of Appeals.
