Re: my current appeal to the 9th Circuit. Appealing the BAP order

Based upon current law, In re Johnson 9th Cir BAP 2007, I asked the bankruptcy court to grant me a hearing, to inspect the violations of bankruptcy law that the creditor, Chase Manhattan and Ocwen, the service agent, committed, which caused me to lose my home of 26 years, and my business Residential Fire Sprinklers.

The bankruptcy appellate panel for the 9th circuit, who had reversed this judge, over the same point of law, in a separate and unrelated case Ozenne v. Dollar Storage, in 2006, this time sided with the judge. Here is the rub. The bankruptcy judge is one of the seven member judges that comprise the bankruptcy appellant panel.
