Presidents day weekend 2003, I was evicted and although the bank violated federal law, which prevented me from getting a new loan, I still have not gained a judicial hearing.
This weekend, President's day 2012, I am finishing a 'reply brief'' in my latest attempt to obtain a judicial hearing.
The facts in my case are undeniable and law is settled, but the lower court judge continues to refuse me a hearing, even though published law, indicates that she must.
This weekend, I am going to continue in my pursuit to gain some media attention on my legal challenge.
