UPDATE FEBRUARY 15, 2016 PRESIDENTS DAY, 13 YEARS OF INJUSTICE
For those who have followed my case since it started in 2001, This is an update and summary of recent events
The latest appeal, 11-60039, filed on June 20, 2011, to the 9th circuit court of appeals, which appealed the Bankruptcy Appellant Panel or BAP* denial of my petition for a writ of mandamus (a court order) asking requesting a trial or hearing for me to make my charge, produce evidence which proves, without any possible denial. That concept, of a trial to flesh out facts and accusations.
My Appellants informal opening brief was due on January 5th 2012. The banks (Chase Manhattan, and Ocwen Federal Bank F.S.B) response was due February 6th 2012.
When the due date came and went without a response long after its Feb 6, 2012 deadline. I began to wonder what would happen next ! Then, in late October 2012, the court isseued an order for the banks to file their response, with a motion to file late, within 14 days, or they may not be allowed to argue at any oral argumenteny the bank's argument at oral arguments.
