Nine months after their response brief was due, the court made this order.

 It was ignored

On August 17, 2015 I amended my opening brief by making a small, inconsequential correction, and amended my requested relief, that, if successful, the remand be to the United States District Court for trial by jury. Remands are usually sent back to the originating court. 


Now, 1,032 day's late, 2.8 years, from that ignored order the thought of facing a jury, in a courtroom trial seems to act like smelling salts, waking them from their indifference.
